A 32 years unmarried Girl Meet Gynaecologist regarding Breast pain before period & When pressed No other problem. No Discharge. Doctor Advice Test, Test Done, please explain what USG reports finding & what is the next step. Gynaecologist Prescription & USG report are Attached.

The lymph node features more towards non malignant pathology . But the lesion in breast should be investigated , too small to get a biopsy done , consider getting an ULTRASOUND guided FNAC from that site . No need to consider MRI at this stage until you have some family history of breast cancer , as it won’t give any additional information and may cause confusion in diagnosis . You could consult me online if you have any other risk factor that need to be considered.
