. Size is relatively small , and size not increasing also decreases the probability of a malignancy. But still we need to discuss your symptoms including any symptoms of infection to identify the cause. Are you having any fever ? Night sweating ? Or recent weight loss ? Have you done any blood investigations. You can consult me online , if you wish to do so , I can help you with the necessary investigation and management only after discussing your symptoms in detail .

Persistent Lymphnode may due to many causes, especially inguinal lymphnode is most commonly enlarged due to many causes most common being infection. Need complete examination to see for the signs of any infection, inflammation. Examine for other sites of lymphadenopathy too. Usually in lymphoma other group of lymph nodes also will be enlarged and is associated with weight loss, fever, profuse sweating which was not experienced before. Basing on ur mentioned symptoms lymphoma is last possibility.
