Blood reports are not leading to any diagnosis and is almost normal . Change in some values including her ESR should be considered only by clinical correlation, which need proper history of the patient . Can you please give the complaints or symptoms she is having currently. Better to consult with full history and complaints . Fibroid , if not significant and is not having any other symptoms may not require treatment as such . Only if size is big and causing any pressure symptoms or bleeding symptoms may warrant an urgent intervention . Other than such indications it may not require any treatment.
