Dear sir my father have lungs cancer non small cells these cancer is transferred from genetic or not

As per my recent test with practo I have been detected with 'WBC Eosinophilia' and i need follow up..need to understand this issue

From the past week i have been feeling feverish at evening and night and sometimes temperature climbs as high as 99.2. From evening onwards i started feeling cold feverish and knee joint stiffness. I am worried after knowing night fevers could be something serious. Please help. This is my CBC report 3 weeks old. I did blood tests as i suffering from some digestion issues last month.

I have a small tumor in the joint of finger since 3 years. Diameter is about 8 mm approx.  What to do now ? I have to operate this or it can be diagnosed by medicine.

I observed lemon sized lump in my left breast.(a week before) I have recently delivered in May and I am lactating mother. The lump is somewhat hard and is movable. What can it be. Afraid if it's cancerous. Whom shoud I consult .?

My father aged 54 years problem in neck (not pain) its like something weird or feeling like prick in neck. He had a tongue cancer surgery in december 2020 and removed lymph nodes from neck as well as prescribed by our doctor. Please help. Apart from that, he is fit just feeling not good around neck and cant explain it. Its not pain.

Asking this for my mother, She is 54 years old with blood pressure and kidney stones. She has a lump above her left breast since 5 years (can't tell if it has increased). It is not painful and is somewhat soft. She sometimes feels tired and nauseated. Please advise.
