My father age 58. He did ultrafast multislice plain CT of kidneys, ureters and bladder. Does this scan radiation pose risk for cancer in future? Will it damage DNA

PRESCRIBED OSMF III,WITH BURNING INSIDE THE MOUTH, BANDS in CHEEKS,AND ,SMALL UPPISH AND TUMOURS IN THE LIPS. NOW, SYMPTOMS OF METASTATIS KIDNEY LIVER STOMACH BONES. ALL ARE PAINFUL EXTREMELY. BLOATING AND EXTREME PAIN OVER THE STOMACH, SEEMED NOTHING IS DIGESTED.EXTREME SWEELING OF STOMACH ALWAYS LOW OUTPUT OF URINE,KIDNEY AREA AND BACK OF STOMACH VETY PAINFUL.UNABLE TO WALK NO TESTS DONE Either OSMF STAGE NOR METASTISED SITUATION. What to do now sir There is no ulcers or painful tumours visible in the mouth

Done Single CT KUB  scan for my father due to BPH and prostatitis .his  age 59 years old.  is there any risk of developing prostate or any type of cancer from the ct scan radiation

Does prostatitis cause prostate cancer in future? Took tablet  urimax d for 1 week.. Does d tablet increase cancer risk

Hello, Attached are the reports of my friend's mother who recently got her breast removed due to tumor.after the test reports they said that according to report one percent of tumor is spread across body and are asking to go through chemotherapy. Can you please check and let me know if chemo is really necessary? If chemo is not required what is the next step to be taken in order prevent it from spreading further.

Hello all..I observed a breast lump in my left breast a 3 weeks ago...I consulted a surgeon who asked me to go for breast usg..My report shows Birads category 3. I am told to go fore core biopsy. Iam also lactating mother. Is core biopsy neccesary at this point..if yes will it affect my breast feeding or will I be able to continue breastfeeding as normal? Pls also tell me how this core biopsy is done? Exactly where they give local anesthesia? What is the recovery time? Breast usg report attached
