Cancer Care and Treatment

Taking treatment for CML in chronic phase from August 2015 with Imatinib 600mg. Last 2 years achieved deep response in RT PCR. August 2021 RT PCR value - 0.002. My doctor is suggesting to change to dasatinib to overcome skin colour change side effect. Kindly suggest on which tablet is best for me.

My father is 66 yrs old having IIIB stage and has gone chemo 1st cycle. Could you please let me is there any way he can feel the positive changes within. He has started feeling hungry and energetic but sometimes not feel like eating much.

Hi, My father had his first chemo of first cycle and afterthat he is feeling hungry and don't feel like resting all the time unlike he used to feel before.he was having loss of appetite and weak everytime. Could you please let me know if this can be due to cancer cells are reducing and or due to medicines that have been prescribed.PFA for the prescription.
