What is the probability of recurrence of Stage IA GC Type Non Hedgkin Lymphoma which is treated 3 years ago using kemo therapy?

Person having non hodgkin lymphoma ( detected in Aug 2018) has been treated with kemo therapy and now it's been 3 years that the person is cancer free. Wanted to know how bad is this disease and the probability that the person can get the cancer disease again?

My mothers chemotherapy is not working and surgery is not possible, doctors trying second line chemotherapy(carboplatin and doxorubucin lippod) but after this therapy my mother become so weak with shortness of breath, I dont know how long this chemo will stay in the body. Sir, Chemotherapy cycle is going to start for me from Saturday. It is 4 cycles of Carboplatin and Eptoside. My query is whether I will have pain as side effect. My treating doctor Dr. Bhavana Sirohi said common side effects will be - tiredness, nausea, mouthsores, prone to infection.

Sir does touching a benign tumor regularly (to monitor its size) and I this process if I end up sometimes pressing it will it increase the size of tumor ??I know it's a bit stupid but someone told me we should not touch benign tumor
