Hi Dr, I have visited the hematologist for the lymph nodes I feel near jaw and one in left axilla. Attaching the reports and hematologist said nothing to worry as these looks like normal. So my question is what's the normal size of lymph nodes? What's the next step I can do? How is the size of lymph node is measured as it has long and small axis so which one to take into consideration? CBC and LDH is normal, only B12 and D3 is less.kindly advice?

Post menopausal since last 4years , having spotting off and ON last 1 year, in hysterectomy Focal thickness in Rt posterior lateral area of fundus suspicious and in Biopsy report its well differentiated Endometroid endometrial adenocarcinoma. Focal mild thickening of anterior wall of uterus noted in its superior aspect with loss of defination of endometrium noted. In CT thorax and abdomen reports all organs appeared normal with subcentrimetric bilateral external iliac and superficial inguinal nodes largest 6.0 mm at SAD. Both reports shows different conclusions should we do a pet scan?

Asking for a female, 59 year old. In a cancer marker test the levels of CA19.9 is 94 which is high that normal. Does it always indicate cancer?

Hello Doctor, I have a hard muscle (a hard lump) seems attached to skin part from inside since last about 15 years. Sir, I have taken my first cycle of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin and Etoposide). First week it was severe constipation. Motion did no go for 2 days. A mild enema was given. Again motion started coming but with full pain. Motion also came 2/3 times a day. Even gas passing was full of pain. I was given gels for fissures. Now I take sitz bath, apply fissures gel, take dulcoplex daily, but still problem persists. Why is it so? How long will it continue? Doctor said it is radiation effect, but it is more than a month after last radiation
