Cancer Care and Treatment

I have underwent thyroidectomy with lymphnode removal last month.now biopsy came as papillary carcinoma positive with regional metasis of lympnode...i dont know what to proceed further. Im afraid of taking RAI.is it enough to take levothyroxine alone without RAI.is there anyother method to find spreading of CA otherthan RAI.

I am attaching the reports of whole multiple myeloma panel. It was done because of high serum calcium (10.3), which has now come back to normal without any intervention (9 mg/dl) KFT and Hb are normal. Note- Could not attach the report of immunofixation. So I am writing here. It says 'Polyclonal gammopathy in IgG kappa and lambda, consistent with chronic inflammation' Any further testing required for myeloma or does this rule out MM ?

Does it mean there is cancer ?? Where is it?? What can be the treatment?? Is cancer in lungs?? Which stage it is??

Hi, I'm having a painful lump under my left armpit for months. Please guide on how to proceed with this.

I have finished 25 quarters of Proton Therapy Radiation in Apollo. Also have finished 3 cycles of Carboplatin and Etoposide Chemo. Fourth and last Cycle is due on Jan 3rd. My question I have very less hairfall. Is it normal or hair will fall after 4th cycle. I have read that people become bald within weeks after Chemo Starts.

Last year my father diagnosed with Esophagus cancer stage 2 , he under gone 5 chemo 31 radiation and surgery as well and after 6 months again he scanned the doctor told told it came again. We don't no what to do and lost hope as well.
