Sir, some time I had problems of sudden gum bleeding .. without any reason. I have done my cbc test. I observed that my platlet count are in lower side continually from 2020.. report attached..with few other highlighted things..done peripheral smear please guide..

My father is 51yrs old and having mouth ulcers since a month. He did b12 test, took anti infection treatment but it's not going completely. It's only ulcers, no other problem like bleeding or trouble in eating or anything. What should he do?

What is the diagnosis when SPEP and immunofixation show polyclonal gammopathy but FLC ratio is marginally elevated with slightly high kappa chains ? My mother's SPEP and immunofixation, both are negative for monoclonal proteins but positive for polyclonal gammopathy. However, her kappa chains are slightly high, at 33.5 (Ref- 3 to 19.5) Her ratio is 1.94 (Ref- 0.26 to 1.65) No CRAB features. Is it multiple myeloma? Or can these elevations be due to polyclonal gammopathy as well ?

Hi, my aunt aged about 45 Is suffering from liver cancer(initially she got stomach pain and her stomach got bigger day by day and now it is been told that she has tumour which has even touched her liver and it is in 3rd stage). She was operated in kidwai for the same as suggested by doctors. After operation she was fine but her legs and hands were swelling and she started feeling numbness. After doing the mri, we got to know there is bleeding in spinal cord. When checked with doctor for the same, doctor said this bleeding is because of the fault made during operation while giving anesthecia. Now my aunt who was very strong has completely become weak within 10 days. Please suggest what has to be done as she is suffering a lot. We seriously need a way to bring her out of all these things. Please please please suggest us for a good treatment
