My sister has an breast cancer history. She was operated and removed breast and followed by chemotherapy. Now we go for CT scan and that shows Few tiny nonspecific lung cysts are seen in bilateral lower lung lobes.

Check for the histopathology report, ER,PR,Her2Neu and ki 67% report.
Based on the report go for the adjuvant therapy.
It will take care of the cancer.
Non specific cysts cannot be characterized to any disease process, will need follow up scans after the adjuvant therapy with whole body PET CT scan
