My father 56 yrs old, is feeling moderate to extreme weak in these last 2 weeks, he had some liver issue, but pain has reduced still he is feeling too weak, he had hepatomegaly and litlle colitis, is he having colon cancer, although motion is normal, should we see an cancer specialist

I first felt something like a lump in my left breast 15 days back - went to a breast specialist who examined - said was a gland or fibrodenoma and recommended an ultrasound. Ultrasound showed no lump in any breast/not even cysts. Now after 15 days of U/S(4th day of menses) feeling some kind of lump/s in other breast. Should I again for u/s considering done only 15 days back or is it because of my menses and I should let it be and observe.
