Breast cancer treatment
Hello,
Attached are the reports of my friend's mother who recently got her breast removed due to tumor.after the test reports they said that according to report one percent of tumor is spread across body and are asking to go through chemotherapy.
Can you please check and let me know if chemo is really necessary?
If chemo is not required what is the next step to be taken in order prevent it from spreading further.

Incomplete report ..
Meet a surgical oncologist or a medical oncologist with all the reports and the complete histopathology report for assessment of the stage and further management.
With the report sent Grade3 , Her 2 testing and ki 67% suggests further treatment with other modalities like Chemotherapy and targetted treatment.
