As per reports patient had cancer of rectum which seems was treated with chemotherapy .. Luckily it responded completely to treatment.. Please meet treating doc for surgery .. It is to be operated .. Please attach pre treatment petct and biopsy report...

Based on the report there is a lesion in the end of large intestine. Hope so that the patient has received chemotherapy cycles. The scan says the lesion has responded to the treatment but MRI says persistence of the lesion. Generally surgery is indicated in such scenario.
Next Steps
Consult a Surgical Oncologist. Colonoscopy and Serum CEA required.
