Voice change, swelling in throat... Are few symptoms.... After doctor consultant they are doubting throat cancer. can anyone tell me the symptom for throat cancer

Your symptoms can be due to many reasons. Most of the problems/diseases in throat can manifest with voice change.
As you also have a lump in the throat, first thing that comes to my mind is thyroid. Cancers of thyroid can present like this. They are easily treatable and mostly curable.

if so here are some of the symptoms of throat cancer
A cough
Changes in your voice, such as hoarseness or not speaking clearly
Difficulty swallowing
Ear pain
A lump or sore that doesn't heal
A sore throat
Weight loss
