Anal cancer symptoms
Over the past week, maybe a bit less, I have been having a lot of symptoms of anal cancer such as a very itchy anus, bright red blood when I pass stool (only a miniscule amount of blood). I also need to go multiple times in the same hour or so and sometimes I feel like I need to go but can't. I am not sure if it is hemorrhoids or anal cancer or what but I'm really worried. I also have a little lump right next to my anus and am not sure if that is related. Thank you for any help on what it is.
