Cancer detection without symptoms
My friend does not have any symptoms but we would like to get her checked for cancer. What can be done to detect if any kind of cancer is present in the body?

There is no whole body single screening technique to rule out malignancy. At her age no routine cancer screening is recommended other than Pap smear that could be done .
Apart from this there are few blood markers that could be used for cancer screening which are not the best recommendation to do without any indication , but could be advised if you wish .
You can consult to discuss your personal history and will decide on the necessary screening
