My father was diagnosed with polyp in hepatic flexure. Colon Surgery was done and now the doc recommended to take capegaurd 500 to avoid any further symptoms. What to do? I am worried for his health.

My father is suffering from fever (100.5) from last 1 month. All blood test reports (except esr which is 42), ct scan chest abdominal, X ray, ultrasound are normal. He is right side paralyzed from last 10 years but able to perform his own task and unable to speak. His heart is alos working only 36%. Now doc has suggested to pet scan as he was not ready for colonoscopy. So is pet scan safe to be done for such a body who is having lots of complications. His fever is still raising. Hi, my mother is undergoing treatment for breast cancer in TMH varanasi. She had 4 sets of chemo done and also surgery to remove the breast. The doctor has advised 4 more chemo and radio therapy. We also got the biopsy report but would like some oncologist help to understand the report. We asked the doctors here but no one is giving clear answers and all they are saying is report is fine. Our questions based on report are: 1. Was the cancer in advance stage? 2. Is there the possibility of reoccurring? 3. Is there the possibility that cancer can spread to other parts? I have been having regular cough since 2019 and its gets relieved when i take any medicine or do hot water gargles . And then it gets started again after short time of these remedies. Also since last three days , i have been feeling a pin type which is in my throat. This pin is not getting removed with any gargle or anything . What does it indicate?
