Does a total leukocyte count of 11,210 cells/cumm indicate early leukemia ? RBC count and platelet count is normal.

If I want to know if bence Jones proteins are present in my urine, should I do dipstick test or heat precipitation bence Jones urine test ? Are dipsticks good at detecting these proteins ?

From the past week i have been feeling feverish at evening and night and sometimes temperature climbs as high as 99.2. From evening onwards i started feeling cold feverish and knee joint stiffness. My father aged 54 years problem in neck (not pain) its like something weird or feeling like prick in neck. He had a tongue cancer surgery in december 2020 and removed lymph nodes from neck as well as prescribed by our doctor. Please help. Apart from that, he is fit just feeling not good around neck and cant explain it. Its not pain.
