Im Suffering Chronic Granular Pharyngitis Since 21jan 2020 and i have lymph node enlarge problem whole body parts exm:- armpit, both neck, chest, abdomen,legs, both arms etc. My Question What % Chance Lymph node enlarge can Cancer??? or please suggest me some medicines please help me sir or mam. in poor

I have had wide Glossectomy and modified neck dissection on 23 Dec of 2020. Now i am suffering from cervical lymphadenopathy since last four months. I have the USG Neck doppler test reports done at the interval of two months. My oncology team says that my enlarged neck nodes(level 5) are reactive and do not display any malignant features.
