First of all there is discrepancy in the age mentioned. For age 27 years, no screening tests are recommended except self breast examination unless you have a strong family history.
Let's consider you are 58 years old. You should undertake routine health check up once a year which should include USG whole abdomen, Mammography of both breast and PAP smear along with routine tests.
