In January 2020 I have done mdct plain of chest. Again in dec 2022 I have done mdct of neck and chest with constract and without constract. The report are normal. As I have general anxiety disorderI have done this. When I am doing  this I am not aware of radiation risk. Now I am have anxiety issue with it as i come to know that there is risk associated. I cannot concentrate and sleep. Can I get any response what amount of lifetime risk I am holding from the radiation. Please help me to calm down.

Hello doc. I went for a routine examination and my USG states GRADE-3 PROSTOMEGALY, WITH AN ILL DEFINDED HYPOECHOIC LESION AT PROSTATIC PARENCHYMA AT LEFT PARA MEDIAN LOCATION. PSA level : 11. Is this suggestive of Prostate cancer? Please help
