How much PET CT scan for whole body ...?? Am having pain in my stomach n breasts only...please tell..TIA

I was 72 kgs till 2020.. Suddenly I lost weight upto 11 kgs.. Now am 61 kgs..there is sudden heavy loss of hair too... After lying on bed and  Wen I get up from bed, am getting extreme giddiness last for 30 secs... All these symptoms am getting afraid that whether am having cancer... For all these complaints what should I do now.. Which scan r test I should take.. And I have fibroid in my left breast.. That wont be cancer doctor said... Then I had gastro esophagus grade 2 wen I did endoscopy in 2012.. Am not taking any treatment for that actually...am doubting that whether I have stomach cancer... Pls clarify all my doubts.. TIA

I have lymphocytosis from last 1 year and all other parameters are okay.I had uti last year and from then when ever i do cbc the result comes with high lymphocyte.I have no other symptom.I have anxiety disorder from past 4 year but after getting the uti my lymphocyte is always elevated.do I have lymphoma or underlying CLL. i am really worried.
