My friend's 70 year old mother got a misdiagnosis of cancer and received one cycle of Chemotherapy but now her review biopsy is clean.. No cancer.. Can the Chemotherapy she got cause cancer in future? Also it has been a month, when will her immunity get to normal like before?

How to detect cancer in early stages? Like I know about cancer screening, but simply doing ct-scan over and over, that much amount of radiation isn't good right, similarly with PET scan. With all these, how can we detect cancer in early stages? I have wet&dry cough for 2months now, slightly swollen and itchy throat. Little fatigue, and weakness. Are these symptoms related to anything? If not what are the actual symptoms of cancer (not the internet answer, hair loss, weightloss, tiredness etc)

Is a upper gastrointestinal cancer usually at an advanced stage when symptoms start showing up? Can it be missed in an upper GI endoscopy or USG abdomen? How common is it for it to be missed in these tests?

I want to understand how severe the condition is. Based on that I would take further steps and course of treatment.

How fast do urinary cancers develop? If I have done prostate MRI last year and if it showed no malignancy then when should be next MRI done to check bladder and kidneys as well? I don't have any history of cancer.
