Cancer Care and Treatment

My son, 3 year old. Since last 1.5 year he is being undiagnosed, having elevated liver enzymes (sgot&sgpt). 3* times high, Every alternate month he gets jaundice, elevated cholesterol, weak bones, anemic. Doctors are unable to diagnose the reason for his liver and cholesterol. Have been in and out of hospital multiple times with dose of antibiotics everytime but yet reports come deranged on every test. His father side have a cancer history (kids great-grandfather had spinal cancer). Should I be getting a cancer panel done for my kid, if yes which specific panel should I get done.

My Father-in-law suffered by liver cancer. He also taking medicine for heart problem and diabetes. Now he had liver cancer. Pls anyone explain his cancer condition/stage and treatment. How to cure this problem or how to survive with this

My mother had chemotherapy 2 weeks ago.. And today my 5 yr niece drank some little water from her bottle.. Can this be harmful for my 5 yrs niece? Should I do something about it? Please reply 🙏

My brother is suffering from low grade fibrometosis sarcoma in the left theigh. Doctor has suggest tamoxifen for the same. Since last 3 years he is taking this medicine it has stopped the grouth of the tumor. There is also leg deformity due to earlier surgeries done i.e 3 times in 2010, 2012 and in 2016.

I had total thyrodectomy surgery on 2013 due to papilary thyroid carcinoma. It's now almost 9 years, my recent thyroglubin value is <0.040 ng/ml. TgAB is <10 IU/ml FREE T4 is 20.82 pmol/L TSH is 3.60 Is my report okay?? Currently I am taking 125 mcg Thyronorm. Do I need to increase the dose?? Is my TSH high currently??

I had a pimple on my arm 3 months back it was bright red in colour I apple salked lime on the area and this happened. It is not healing I want to know weather it's any form of skin cancer

Is it possible that even after 6 weeks is over of radiation therapy (35 settings), there is  no improvement in the cancer cells and affected area is same as reported in endoscopy. What to do in such case.? Will radiation therapy continue? In such case what is the recovery rate!?

My father qas diagnosed with cancer in the month of march'22. Radiation therapy was started in april and till then he took 35 settings of radiation. Now 6 weeks have completed after radiation, but he ia suffering from excessive mucus problem where blood clotting is also seen. Yeaterday night there was a lot of blood bleeding through his nose. Why this is happening. Is this somw side effect to dealt with or he is suffering from something else. Please suggest. Help me to understand the situation.

I am facing the following symptoms since 1year: 1. Constant Sore throat 2. Rashes at the back of the throat 3. Voice change 4. Extra mass at the back of throat on tonsils side both side 5. Post nasal drip and excess saliva and phelgm at the back of the throat 6. Bad breath 7. Sometimes difficulty swallowing 8. Stiffness in the neck 9. Headache I went to nearest ENT in Feb 2022 and she said you have anxiety but I don't agree with her at some point it can be but NOT 100% its anxiety. I am attaching the reports. Is it possible that it can be throat cancer? I am really worried now since I have lost 15 kgs of weight since december 2021 Are these tests enough to diagnose cancer or I should see an oncologist? Doctors near me are not proceeding further even after these attached report findings. No smoking, alcohol habit
