Surgery opinion on rectum cancer
My cousin is suffering from rectum cancer since last one and half years. Her 1st surgery was done on 7th July 2021. In that surgery, doctors removed the entire large intestine and fixed the small intestine outside the body. Now the cancer tumor is regrowing and spreading to the abdomen and rectum and some other places too. And she vomits frequently from June onwards. Because of the vomits she's unable to take food.
The doctors said her case is high risk and there are fewer chances for her to survive. If we are ready to take the risk doctors will arrange a second-time surgery. I need a second opinion for her present condition so that we can take a decision if it is fine to go ahead with the second surgery or if there is any other option.
Please find attached reports.

I am Krishnambica Reddy and my mother is a cancer patient. She's suffering from rectum cancer since last one and half years. Her 1st surgery was done on 7th July 2021. The doctors said my mother's case is high risk and there are fewer chances for her to survive. If we are ready to take the risk doctors will arrange a second-time surgery. I have attached her medical documents and need a second option for her present condition so that I can take a decision if it is fine to go ahead with the second surgery or if there is any other option.
Thank you.

My relative is affected by lung cancer
Hi,
One of my relative is suffering from a respiratory issue for quite few months. So she went to hospital to check her problem. After taking several test she was informed that there is a fluid in her left lung over 3 litter. During procedure only 1and1/2 litres were taken out. Then they took PetCT scan in that result it was found she was diagnosed by lung cancer.
Now my question is will this fluid secretion continuous to secret? In that case do we need to clear this fluid often? What is the further procedure to clear this?

About Hyperplasia
I Diagnosed for hyperplasia which was induced harmonal changes, the cells was found in polyp tip as per biopsy later went for mirena insertion and it got failed and mirena migrated to my abdomen so got done laparotomy for removal, now I'm on Endace 80 mg tablets for 3 months, doctor said for another D and C after medications course. Is it necessary? My 2 time D and C along with hysteroscopy biopsy report says no malignant found. It means i dnt have any pre Cancerous cells? Is it ok if I dnt go through D and C again. I'm tired after 2 epidural anaesthesia my back aches as hell i have gained weight i feel exhausted. No kids yet going through very bad phase
