Sir/ma'am My father report of CBC is attached, he is cancer patient of SCC bucal mucosa stage 4a . This is the first time his RBC has dropped. He is in last week of treatment of post surgery CTRT, only 1 chemo and 3 radiotherapy IGRT remaining. He has started feeling of pain in throat and has also complaint of feeling less hungry by 50%. Does this mean the cancer has spread now during the treatment? Kindly guide we are worried

Hi doctor pls share your valueable advise either radiation or surgery is needed kindly do the needful

The doctor has advised for pet ct after the finishing of treatment. The radiation therapy ended on June 4 this year. Is it fine ?

Respected dr, I am feeling slight pain while laying on my right side. My right side breast pains little when i lay on this side. My periods are about to come. My mother is currently undergoing multiple myeloma treatment..she is not going for transplant ..wanted to know how many cycles of chemo are given incase the patient is not going for transplant?

My friend has cough since 1 month not regular, he coughs one time a day for short period of time ( 1-2 minute ) and when he coughs he vomits ( yellow color sometimes white color mucus ) also and pain is present on right side ( abdomen and chest ) earlier it was severe but pain has slightly reduced. In 3 months weight has reduced from 78 to 65. Maybe weightloss could be due to medications as he is ill. And he has taken proper diet from last 20 days ( not a single drop of oil in food ). I am attaching X-ray report as well as ultrasound reports. His total WBC count is 11200.

Good evening!.. I'm 27 y/o. Having undiagnosed multiple lymph nodes in right neck. A small nodule in thyroid also. All these from past 5 yrs, did many tests wherein TB is negative and Cancer still not confirmed. I have been facing burning pain in shoulders and thighs that comes & goes every now & then since more than a week now. I'm worried if its not a symptom of cancer or something. My uncle has undergone liver resection in March 2022. We did his LFT and AFP test. LFT test result are Bilirubin total - 0.58 SGPT -49 SGOT - 49 Alkaline phosphatase -275 Protein total -8.43 And AFP TEST result - 225 Is this level indicates the recurrence of cancer? Please advise.
