Cancer Care and Treatment

I am worried about one thing.. What if I have non small cell lung carcinoma but my Biopsy report falsely says small cell carcinoma and I take the appropriate treatment for small cell.. Will I still be cured or will my condition deteriorate? Is the treatment same for both?

Can someone with small cell carcinoma go into remission for 3 years after initial treatment? Also does one has to do chemotherapy during remission??

Age is 52years. Endometrial thickness is 5.9mm. periods stopped since three years. Is biopsy required? Does it imply risk of cancer?

My 66 yr old mother has small cell carcinoma limited stage and the tumor is around 3 cm in right lung.. Our doctor gave us chemotherapy for 3 days continuously but I read on the paper that it was written "Palliative Chemotherapy" Why is this? The cancer is not advanced, it is in limited stage, all test done, no metastasis found.. then why Palliative?? Please tell me 🙏

2 moles increasing in size over years in assymentry. These are on the inner side of left thigh. Appeared first maybe 6 years back. They were smaller in diametrical size. Lump size is probably same.

My mother is operated case of squamous cell carcinoma of left lateral tongue and was operated on 2019 followed by session of chemotherapy and radiotherapy at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer hospital, Delhi. At present her follow up PET Scan report is cancer free. Since operation she is on semi solid diet.she is on herbal medication since 2019 with protein and vitamin supplement. She was fine till March,2022 , suddenly developed fluctuation in blood pressure.Morning 60/40 to 90/60 to evening 170/90 to 190/110. Leading to episode of fainting at morning and headache at evening.Her ECHO, Adrenal hormone,CT scan,ECG is normal.serum electrolyte sodium was deranged and was prescribed hyponat tablet for week. Still fluctuation did not stopped,was admitted to hospital twice ,once when blood pressure was 220/160 and second time when she fell in bathroom at morning due to low blood pressure.Only symptomatic treatment. It have been 5 months yet fluctuation in present.Presently on no medication.kindly help.

Good evng Recently undergone fnac test which came out invasive duct carcinoma,after that undergone pet scan whose report just arrived and my weight is noted wrong ie. 61 kg instead of 68 kg,can this error make my report wrong
