Sir/mam Is fitusla in ano a pre-malignant condition? My brother is suffering from fitsula in ano from 2 year but he is not letting us take him to surgery because of his fear. He is having sticky fluid discharge and sometimes blood from opening of fitsula.  Kindly guide has his fitsula turned into Cancerous or pre cancer stage?

As per CT neck and Throat and biopsy reports doctor planned for Total Laryngectomy+ Neck dissection+ PMMC repair. I am uploading concerned reports, please suggest me is there any possibilities that without surgery can cure the mentioned issue.

Doctor has advised us to go for laryngopharyngectomy and neck dissection and PMMC patch repair... kindly advice whether this treatment cannot be done without removing vocal cards? pls

My mother has Limited stage small cell carcinoma lung.. She's 67.. How many cycles of chemo will be given? Can you tell me approximately please.. 1st cycle that was 3 days has been given.. And now radiation will start after 2 weeks.. In how many months the treatment will finish? Approximately? Please reply 🙏

Hi I had a mammogram which showed left focal asymmetry Birads 0. The radiologist then did an ultrasound and said glandular tissue and negative ultrasound and gave Birads 1 and yearly follow up. Every where I read focal asymmetry on mammogram should have Birads 3 and 6 months follow up. Please recommend if I should have another 6 monthly mammogram and ultrasound

Is colorectal cancer curable if it is in 1,2 or 3rd stage? Can we expect long time survival? It has been found that dostarlimab cured the colorectal cancer? Do this drug being used now a days?

I have this painful white patch in lower gum. I tried to burst it. But it was hard and I was unable to burst it.
