Cancer Care and Treatment

I'm a 30 YO mother of a 2 YO Boy, born in Oct 2020. Recently I was having heavy menstrual bleeding with pain. My periods continued for 10 days. That's when i visited a gynaecologist and she suggested some tests and ultrasound. The report says that there is some growth between my Uterus and Cervix which suggests either Cervical Fibroid or Polyploid growth or somthing else now she suggest mri then hysterscopy if required what exactly it is? all documents u have attached

I have swollen lymph nodes for the last 5 years. 2-3 on my right neck and upper jaw and 1-2 near the groin. As far as i know they are not increasing. Should i be worried? I don't want to go for a biopsy as I don't have any problems. Any advice

In my biopsy report phyllodes tumor is diagones please guide me what does this means and preferably treatment

Can post covid fibrosis cause small cell carcinoma in lungs.. Both are in right lung.. first fibrosis then a mass of 3 cm was found a year later.. Can fibrosis be the reason for my lung cancer(small cellcarcinoma)? I'm 67 year old woman..

He was diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis (Anti Amphyphysin antibody - Positive, Anti GAD 65 antibody - weak positive, Anti TPO antibody - Positive) 2 years back. His symptoms are partial seizures only. No other symptoms. 2 years back they did a PET CT which showed ground glass opacity but they mentioned that it could be due to some infection. Today after 2 years, we re-did a HRCT and it still shows ground glass appearance in posterior segment of right upper lobe. Both the times he did not have any chest infection nor covid. Should we be concerned about this Ground Glass appearance? Quite concerned cause his positive antibodies are associated with lung cancer. Attaching the old PET report and the latest HRCT report.

I had a lung mass of 3 cm on my rt lung in my ct scan.. which was active on my Pet Scan too.. Biopsy said small cell carcinoma.. It has been 3 months since that ct scan.. If it is small cell carcinoma will the mass be grown more in size by now? Or will it remain same if I do a repeat ct scan?

I want to know what this report signify .what should be the further step to be taken and anything in detail.
