Cancer Care and Treatment

I have multiple small size hard lumps on back side of stomach, two lumps on right hand since one year,in winter season some time painful.Stomach lumps not visible.I am very tense.

Respected doctors i read in internet that excessive burp is sign of stomach pancreatic or oesoaghal cancer is that true is burp related to cancer plz clear my doubt sir

My father post surgery CT scan findings: 1.Post surgical right marginal mandibulectomy status noted with post surgical scarring along operative bed,right submandibular region and neck with surgical clip. 2.No evidence of any obvious abnormal enhancing lesion seen in the operative bed. 3.Few subcentimeter sized (short axis) homogeneous enhancing nodes seen at left lb and ll. 4. Right vocal cord is paramidline with assymetric prominent right pyriform sinus. Currently he is getting radiation therapy. Kindly comment on his CT scan report wether he is ok or not.

My mother(72 years) has been diagnosed with  advanced state Gall bladder cancer (Adenocarcinoma) after Ultrasound and FNAC (GB FOSSA MASS) on around Sep 6th, 2022. An ERCP was done to control her increasing jaundice. She can take fluid/juice only. Afterwards, we contacted Tata Memorial centre, Mumbai, and they advised us to take care of her at home. The impression we got from there is that she is probably too old to be given chemo/radiotherapy.                   I have heard about immunotherapy via youtube talks and feel that there is still some hope in allopathy if we try our best, but are unable to get a doctor who would give us hope. So we are trying ayurveda, but we are sceptical about it.                     I would therefore like to request you to kindly suggest to me if there is anything that can be done to improve her health.? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Also, whom should we consult regarding pain, vomiting, and diarrhea that's occuring at this stage?

Please refer to the attached photos. My mother developed this a week or so earlier and it's not going away. We tried to apply antiseptic skin to soften it up, but it hasn't helped. Without biopsy, does this atleast look like basal cell carcinoma? If yes, how can it be treated? If no, what can it be? Patient history: Diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer in January. Lumpectomy performed. Post surgery chemotherapy and radiation completed. Patient under regular check up now.

My mother is diabetic patient and diagnose 3 grade of fatty liver. Pls suggest me for best treatment or it's curable or not.

How often shall we take mammogram for breast? Can we do & check every month if there is anything suspicious? Or we need to do every 6 mnths Will the size of the lump gets increased during the duration? By Repeating mammogram will radiation cause something trouble to the body?

During blood test have higher lymphocytes 41.3% count is 3.15, Total RBC 5.8, SD(RDW-SD 37.2 rest all fine in CBC test. Do i have severe issues in blood related decease ?
