My 67 year old mother had a lung mass about 3 cm on her chest ct which came Metabolic active in the Pet Scan.. Endobronchial Biopsy says features of small cell carcinoma suggested.. Transbronchial lung biopsy for HPE says No malignancy seen.. Does this mean she has small cell lung cancer? Is it limited? Is it curable? Please answer 🙏 I'm struggling a lot (My mom also has bp, gas, osteoporosis and gallstones)

Sir/ma'am My younger brother priyank is suffering from fitsula in ano 5cm , he was diagnosed with this disease in March 2022. He is not agreeing to go for surgery as he is very much afraid. One resident doctor told that this fitsula in ano can be Cancerous or can turn into Cancerous tumor within 3-4 months. His symptom are only blood and sticky smelly fluid leakage nothing else even no pain. Kindly guide is my brother heading towards a Cancer condition? We are very stressed

She is 50yrs old diabetic patient had merina treatment 2yrs ago. Last week she had pain in the underarm we went for breast checkup Doc said it may be an infection and gave antibiotics for a week .she got relieved from pain and smaller lumps shrinked but larger one remains the same . Hi doc! I will taking my half an hour from about 4 months now and in past few weeks I felt disturbance in stomach, so I started taking pand after modafinil. This this somewhat yours but when after few weeks I again started feeling issues in my stomach after repeating the cycle so what is the right way to take my definit as my doctor suggested me for taking it one hour prior but that didn't work well for me because after taking I started feeling constipation. So should I take pand prior to modafinal or post?
