Sir/ma'am I had my MRI done yesterday , i have both my inguinal thigh region swelled up. I guess it's lymphadenopathy in both inguinal region. I have attached my report kindly guide why is my both side lymph node swelled up ? Is this sign of malignancy?

Dear doctor my father aged 63, diabetic, had open heart surgery. He has 5cm left thyroid nodule which says calcification with colloid scattered lymphocytes with no malignant cells. Can you please check the report and suggest what to do. Thank you sir

Attached is my CBC report. 6 months ago my MPV was 12, and now it's 13. Is it a possible indicator for leukemia? Iron levels are also low since last 6 months atleast, despite taking iron supplements course. I also have an itchy rash on my leg since last month. Please guide if I should consult regarding leukemia.

My sister has estrogen positive stage 2 breast cancer (only localised). Doctor has prescribed her to preserve her eggs before chemo but we are worried that the medicine for ovary stimulation will increase her estrogen levels and cause cancer to spread more. Is there usually a way around this- i.e to preserve eggs without raising estrogen levels? Her doctor did not seem concerned about this raise but we had some doubts.

I got Covishield 1st dose on 26/6/21 . Thereafter I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma , treatment( chemotherapy , surgery ) continued till May 2022 . Now Dr advised to take Covid vaccine . I want to take Covaxin instead of Covishield . Is it possible ? Will I require one or two doses ?

In treatment for CML from August  2015. Started with Imatinib 600mg and now taking Dasatinib 50 mg for past 10 months as advised by the doctor. Doing well. No Complaints. Taken routine Blood test yesterday and WBC is 13,040. Have never seen WBC more than 10,000 after started treatment for CML. May I know what can cause this increase in WBC ?

Sir i attach cbc report and this month i get period 2 times for taking primolute n in previous month for delaying period...after 2nd period in this month i taking regestron 5mg daily...is any defect shown in my cbc report?

My mother she 67yrs old she had a diabetic and thyroid and creatinine and heart triple value disease and blood pressure last week we went to doctor sir did hemoglobin test it's 7.8 and latter sir suggested to do injection (orfer 1k injection) and did it last week after 3days it's 7.3 Why new blood cells not producing is it any serious problem to go to any doctor?
