Axillary mass in underarm
I have axillary mass on my right side underarm since I was 14-15 years , i occasionally have soreness in my right breast. I have done breast ultrasound since I have been always concerned about it but nothing unusual came up in it. How often we need to do breast ultrasound to screen for breast cancer?

History noted - Can you please elaborate on your history . At your age there is no need of routine yearly screening scan or test required as per the standard guidelines .
Next Steps
Get back with a more detailed history . And do this investigation only if it’s indicated . Routine screening for breast cancers should start after age of 40 only . Only those patients who have some other specific indication are recommended before that age. It’s better if you can give a little bit more details .
Health Tips
It’s very much required that you clear all your doubts . Or else this will cause you a lot of anxiety and stress . Get a online or offline consultation done , and discuss your symptoms and problems properly.
