Axillary mass in underarm
I have axillary mass on my right side underarm since I was 14-15 years , i occasionally have soreness in my right breast.
I have done breast ultrasound since I have been always concerned about it but nothing unusual came up in it.

At your age there is no need of routine yearly screening scan or test required as per the standard guidelines .

Routine screening for breast cancers should start after age of 40 only . Only those patients who have some other specific indication are recommended before that age. It’s better if you can give a little bit more details .
