  4. Small size lump in underarm. It cancer?

Small size lump in underarm
Yesterday I have noticed a small lump like thing in my right underarm and it is painful,whenever I am trying to stretch my arm it hurts Note :8 months ago according to my breast USG I have fibroadenosis in my right breast, I am really very tensed,is it cancer???
