Bottom left testicle pea sized hard lump

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've got a small pea size lump under my bottom left testicle. I got this lump at 15 and I'm now 25. The lump hasnt grown I don't think but this week I've started to get dull pains from time to time in that area not really often but its noticeable especially last night when it woke Mr up as I got one sharp dull pain. I've had some slight dull pain today as well.
