Lumps on left arm near triceps area
Hi, I am 26 year old male . for last 2 years I have a small lump sized around 1cm near my triceps area. It is movable, does not pain unless pressed really hard , and visible only when I put pressure on that area. It has grown slightly larger compared to its initial size over last 2 years and now it'll be around 1 cm or so. Recently I noticed another pea sized lump on the same arm just opposite to the previous lump. this one is new and small and not at all visible unless touched . all other characteristics are same as the previous one. Any help is much appreciated

From the history and information you have mentioned -Considering the long history, it probably should be a lipoma which is a benign swelling and not cancerous one .
Next Steps
Considering if it is a lipoma -You may need to treat it only , if you are having some difficulty with your normal action or cosmetically
Health Tips
This can usually occur in multiple area under the skin , mostly in your upper back. Though it usually don’t require treatment , you can consider surgical treatment if it is causing any discomfort. Please note that there are some genetical syndromes which are associated with widespread lipoma which need to be considered. From the history you have given it doesn’t look like any . Please follow up with more history if the size increase or numbers increase

Mostly should be a fat swelling. Nothing to worry. At the same time better not to ignore it. Too much handling of the swelling not advisable. Better to consult a nearby general surgeon.
Next Steps
