Brain and Spine Problems

I am having headache from past 2 months.whenever I take medicine (combiflame or nasdom 500) the pain goes off for some time but again starts every now and then.kindly suggest.

Dear sir / Madam , Am 38 Years have Thyriod from 8 years & it's normal .I have Cervical sponditis C6 .Grade 1 .Ortho Doctor said Nothing to worry .But From Almost 15 Days I have mild head Pain ( Nerve At Back of Head ) , Forehead Uncomfortableness ( Feel like nerve is coming out or moving ) , Pressure Around eyes . Consulted Ortho Doctor Again he says to continue The same tablets for 10 Days . Sometimes I feel heart is pinching , Consulted MD Cordio he got ECG It's normal .Is something wrong with nuero . Please Check the prescription & suggest .

What is the difference between Angina & Panic attacks? My mother had attacks thrice before COVID (During stress) wherein she felt sudden pain in chest that lasts for 15-20 minutes. ECG, ECHO ok Post COVID- sudden severe headache for minutes, dizziness, uncomfortable in chest and shortness of breath for minutes. BP 98/147 at that time. Happened 3 times in 3 days. NO BP Issues & not diabetic. Enclosed MRI and Full abdoment ultradound report. Please advice. Is it agina or panic attacks?

I have doubt regarding neurology and psychiatry, Is both are relatively same? 1) Neurology treats brain related problems,spine & nerves 2) Psychiatry gives counseling for psychological related,, does both related to brain related problems? Does both field gives treatment for brain only? Or else any relative difference between neurology & Psychiatry(psychology) Please give me your valuable answers & clarify the both 2 questions which mentioned above

Hello doctor, my mother is suffering with full body weakness from 13days. Sometimes she is feeling tensed. She is eating less food. Lost her sleep. Some times her body is shivering. She is  vaccinated her first dose on 25th of April. Covid test was negative. She is taking multivitamin tablets in the afternoon. Please can u help me with this problem.

Fell down with severe dizziness attack for few seconds while shaving in bathroom today. Day before suffered similar kind of dizziness on bed for few seconds. Now feeling heaviness in head.

I have been taking the medicines for Anxiety since few days Doctor suggested me to take ( "Flunil & benfomet for anxiety) & Repetitive thoughts. 1) I am using Flunil since few days,sometimes still I get repetitive thoughts & anxiety,,Does it control slowly after using the medicines for few days? 2) Is Benfomet a multivitamin? Stock is not available...both Benfomet/ Benfomet plus/Benfomet forte belongs to same category? In Benfomet(comes up with Pyridoxine and hydrochloride) but in Benfomet plus(lipid acid) coming In benfomet forte(Comes up with Chromium,selenium & lipoic acid combination) coming? Is it safe to intake Benfomet forte or Benfomet plus instead of Benfomet which is out of stock? Please clarify the above 2 questions and give me your valuable answers

My age is 28 yrs, I am a male. I got Covid right after my 2nd dose of vaccine and recovered after 13 days, and now from 3rd of May I started feeling giddiness my head feels like rotation and I feel like pendulum but don't get unbalanced. Whenever I sleep on bed it feels like vibrating and increased blood circulation in head. Looks like head is shaking me. I have been taking vertin 8mg  since 6days my symptoms are improved, there is 60 - 70% improvement what to do.

I had tested positive for Covid 3 weeks ago and now I have recovered... Post that I am having a headache since 4 days .. it is persistent.. is it something serious I should worried of or what should I do to get rid of it.

My father after having breakfast he went to office by scooter and he was feeling little dizziness but didn't told us. When he came back after 2 hr and changed the clothes he just go to bed and lay down and suddenly after 5-10 min feeling vomiting type feeling run to washroom and done vomiting and Still he is feeling dizziness we tried to give tomatoes but after taking one piece of it again he vomit all suddenly. Now he is sleeping what to do?
