Brain and Spine Problems

My neurologist asked me to go for brain MRI (P+C) as I was facing left side headache and numbness only around left eye. Left eye is also paining and causing blurry vision. My MRI report impression is:- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞. 𝐍𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧. Is my eye needs contact lens or something happening inside my brain : (

She is getting headache only in 1 side for last 7 days . Earlier it was from head to back. Now it is till shoulder. She visited a doctor who diagnosed the problem as a cervical and gave 5 days Medicine but no relief is there. Pls advise

I recovered from covid pneumonia 5 weeks ago. From past 3-4 days I am having persistent heaviness and stiffness in head and sometimes there's headache on the sides. It's bearable but it's persistent. What should I do?

My brother usually get a 8 hr sleep but in odd cycle (3-11 AM). How can he get it under control fast? (11pm -7 AM)?

I have a sedentary job (WFH), and has been secluded at home for more months due to lockdown. I am experiencing numbness in finger tips of both hands and dorsal surface of foot since since 1 month . No pain anywhere. Sometimes legs feel discordinated while walking after sitting for long. I am a non vegetarian and eat a staple diet. History of lumbar disctectomy (l4-l5) 4 years back.

I always face trouble falling asleep. I feel my mind is keep on working whenever I try to sleep and  unnecessary thought are there always. Either it's night or day time I can't sleep for an hour. I just sleep for few minutes or max half an hour  and I feel fresh after that. But this cause me dark circles, Headache and constant sleepiness, tiredness.

I had shingles (harpes zoster) in Feb 2021 on left palm. First I went to dermat n I completed her medicine course. After one n half month my hand n left chest side was paining. That time I also consult another dr n he said it's due to shingles. The pain can remain upto 3 months n he gave me medicine again. I completed that medicine course too. Now again my right chest is paining. Is it post herpetic neurolgia? In my city there is no neurologist. Plz guide me.

Attached are my MRI findings. also cervical spine xray observations are: cervical spine strightening and vertebral bodies shows marginal osteophytes In this case what kind of treatment I have to go for. Also what are the precautions I have to take and how many weeks rest is required.Is there any surgery required in this particular case. Thank you!

I am 27 year old I am having consistent headache, upper back pain.I also had depression, anxiety, mood swings, severe stress issues earlier but these things are better now. Because of pain   I take pain killers like saridon or  Nimudec frequently. I am worried about impact of this on my liver as I have issue of loss of appetite and yellow urine. Please suggest solutions for: 1) Hedache and upper back pain 2) how to care of liver Thanks.
