Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, I feel blood flowing through my forehead and throbbing and tingling sensation around my temporal region and around my cheeks, I also have a mild tmjd and a bit of ache around my temple. I get the blood flowing sensation specially at night when i sleep sideways facing right-side. Should I be worried?

I suffer from headache which starts from Neck and i feel pain in turning head. My neck and mid back muscless get stiff .I have tried a paracetamol,Etoshine MR .

Good evening doctors, I am 27years old, on 12th of April'21 I was consulted one of the neurologist for my neck n shoulder pain. Post x-ray it reported as early stage of spondylitis. Doctor prescribed some medicines for 20days. The pain is gradually healing but there is some numbness at the effected area also the right side of the entire body. Now, today I was writing exam related to my studies in the mng and it was around 2hrs of exam. While stretching down the neck and writing there is no pain. Post completion of the exam and suddenly it's started paining and now the pain is getting worse. Need your help in this regard. ..! Thank you in advance

There is a cracking sound in my neck most of times and also some dizziness suddenly. The dizziness stays for sometime and again everything is normal again it comes back. Not sure this is die to anxiety or overthinking or any other thing.

I tested covid positive on 23 april i.e. 25 days back now I have no covid symptoms from last 14 days during this period I lost 4 to 5 kg weight.after covid from last 12 days I am facing numbness and tingling in hands legs and sometimes in back.I am taking 1500mcg methylcobalamin preparation 1 OD . It provides slight improvement in symptoms. My BP 135/85 Pulse rate 80 - 100 Oxygen setu. 97 - 99 I am tacking Thyronorm 50 from last 3 years. I have dignosed 4 mm left kidny stone 2 months back . Should I take ecosprin 75 Please guide me I will be highly thankful to you

I am having headache within 2-3 days and it's like regular it never stop... I feel okay 3 days and then again next day headache is back... It's like all over my upper head. It feels heavy when I get up out of chair or bed.. it feels like everything is moving around me and it's uncontrollable. Please suggest.

I got a panic attack almost 15 days back ..and from then I am feeling tingling in my arms and legs..generally on left side..sometimes on right side too..head also goes numb at times when I sleep on my  left side.while right side head doesn't face such problems ..

Hello doctor i diagnosed with bells palsy on 20th april. I started prednisolone 30 mg for 1 week and physiotherapy. I suffered with blurred vision shivering insomania during my treatment. I finished the course and excersice and my condition is cured. But after 2 days from steroid treatment. I am suffering from frequent urination, thirsty. It has been 15 days still i suffered from frequent urination. Note.1. I have delivered a daughter 15 months ago with gdm on insulin for full 9 months. But suger levels controlled after my delivery and i am not sugar medicated. 2. I developed post partum hypertension and on amlong 5mg and eve 2.5 mg till date. 3. Day Before my bell palsy treatment my random sugar is 155 on cbg after 1 hour food at night.

Dr was traveling in bike and sudden dizziness occurred and met an accident. But I remember that my Brian was functioning well and got up again when I fell down.

I am having hard to get proper sleep. Which is why i am not able to concentrate in my work. Moreover i get irritated talking to people for long time. Need help.
