What is negative evaluation? And what is the treatment of this ? Please suggest better Thanks in advance

It started when a doctor gave an injection. Whenever leg is rested on bed it's fine, but if layed on ground the pain starts.I have attached a report , kindly help which doctor to consult. Patient is at kustagi Karnataka.

Good evening doc my mother age 55 years from last 3 days shes feeling heaviness in head and mild pain sometime no any other problem and the pulse is also 55 - 60 and bp is low from two days so i want to know the reason of heaviness in head and its not all time its suddenly started feeling of heaviness

My age is 28 and  I have recently recovered form covid on 30 April, I had my 2nd dose on 14 and got symptoms of covid on 16, from then on 2nd of May I started feeling giddiness and spinning of head. Now on 17th when it didn't recovered I showed it to the doctor and asked for x-ray which results in straightning Of cervical lordosis. Can A straightning of cervical lordosis causes dizziness or spinning of head.

On uppar neck nurves are getting pain and irritation, disturbance. From one week using headech tabs but no results on the middle of my head gettinng to much irritation of nurves

Pain in lower back radiating to lower limb left side and some discharge coming out of sole while walking and pain also in sole and ankle joint. All the joint pain bilateral knee joint and elbow joint left side. There is some tingling and numbness in left lower limb and sole. Pain exaggerate in night sometimes. Taking gabapentin, muscle relaxant and cobalamin since past 20 days. History of ibs since past 2 years and malabsorption. Renal colic seen on usg 7mm left side calyx. L4 l5 disc buldge with bilateral nerve compression and annulus tear at sacroiliac joint. Some pins and needle kind of pain on my head at night. No history of fever, weight loss, vomitting or any other illness in past. There is a finding of pelvic plebolith seen on xray lumbar region. Pls suggest me what should i do

I have a headache since a month. I have taken mygraset but the pain comes back as soon as the effect of tablet wears off. There is a little pain at the back of the neck as well

Does sciatic nerve pain problem is a life time problem?? What are the problems of this nerve pain. And which age group people can cause this

Sometimes I feel a little tingling sensation ( like a cold feeling there) in the back side of my brain. Is it normal?
