Took methylprednisolone 16mg for 2 days and stopped after 3 days pain in my bothside of head and jaw and teeth and eye redness my random sugar was 112 at 7 pm please help me how to cure and can i am im criteria of black fungus ?? Attaching my blood report cbc, crp and blood sugar

Hello Dr, Few days ago as my father woke up from sleep he was inable to open his eye. We contacted the eye specialist and as per his advise we went for MRI. Kindly guide me on my father's mri report. Thanks

My brother is 24 yr old and he is suffering from epilepsy . He got attacked from epilepsy once in month .and he is also taking medication but stil he is suffering.

I am suffering with severe neck pain and lower back pain and also the pain radiating to left arm and foot and frequent headache,cervical spine xray report findings are strightening of spine and vertibral bodies shows marginal osteophytes.there are no major changes in lumbar spine xray.please advise the treatment for this and can I continue to work, I am a software professional and need to sit Infront of system 10 hours a day .Is there a complete cure for this problem instead of pain management.

Good evening. I recently under went total hip replacement surgery. Post surgery physiotherapy has done for 2 months for strengthen the legs. Still I could not walk or balance properly and my Physio is saying that it might be a problem in your spinal cord or cervical. But I don't have any back or neck pain. Please suggest me what to do. Waiting for your valuable suggestion.

I'm having headache frequently and my scalp(whole of my head) pains when touched/pressed.i get headache twice or thrice a week and it's a sudden headache and its intense.

I recovered from covid in April 23 after treatment in hospital. I face multiple issue like chest pain neck pain , headache etc. From three four days I am facing facial pressure , jaw haviness feeling , pressure at nasal bone area seems increase when laying down some time feeling normal . What will be the cause , reports are normal HbA1c on higher side due to steroid treatment.

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2017 and ever since I am on medications. I have recovered like 90% and the only issue left out is sleepiness. I am unable to focus/study. In past 3/4 years I have never woken up fresh. Even after taking modafinil I have to force myself to wake up and then at noon have to take a cup of strong coffee. And even after that I fall asleep at around 4 pm. I have taken Armod and Inspiral in the past. Inspiral was good for me. But then my psychiatrist changed it to Modafinil and its of no use. He has not clearly mentioned what actually is the issue but I just searched on Google and found out about Narcolepsy. Also I have body aches. My body is sore and stiff whenever I wake up. Change in season, stressful situations and anger make me doze off even more. Now my mood is constantly low because of this sleepiness. In the past I used to have sleep paralysis and sometimes hallucination but not anymore. Just this sleepiness and aches.
