Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctors, My mother is very weak 65 year old, osteoporosis, any medicine if we give, it doesnt suit, constipation, loose motion happens, now she is not able to walk, even cant stand with some support. She daily takes Lupin Almighty plus tab a day. And nurobion forte in night sometimes. Can I give her Almy plus injection for strength, earlier doctor given her this injection for 15 days in gap in 2 days,..worked little. Pls suggest, if yes then for how many days it can be given. I've been getting cold wet sensations and sometimes a wet feeling on my  leg (calf/shin area)for over a 8 month how comes and goes any suggestions.

My brother is under medication for fits problem since teenage . He has been consulting doctors in Nimhaans. Recently for past 2 months we noticed he is having continuously running nose . Home remedies only provided temporary relief . There is no other health issues except running nose .Due to covid situation we are unable to visit Nimhaans. Can any neurologist advise what could be the problem and how could this be handled? Your suggestion would ease his troubled mind. Thankyou for your assistance in advance

It has started few months back and started with hands going num at night when asleep and it started happening in legs too when sitting in crossed leg position or sitting in a position for long time. Have shown it to a neurologists, which he said it's carpal syndrome but other than numbness no other symptoms matches. Very disturbed as can't go to any hospital for any kind of diagnosis due to the fear of covid situation. Please help.

Last few days my both hands having tiredness and stiffness, and while sleeping I am getting chakar sometime and anxiety also. Sometimes getting nose tingling and both hand also. Neck pain also Is this cervical?

Hello sir, my father (age: 63) is slipped from chair a height of approx 4/5 feet, he got some injured in  head scalp, As per CT Scan report scalp swelling and mild cerebral atrophic changes. Please advise. Here i am attaching ct scan report

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and start seeing things from my dream. Its like the object from my dream comes into reality and I can see that even after my eyes open up. The latest incident was around a week back wherein a I saw a large insect in my dream, when I opened my eyes the insect was crawling on my bedroom wall and vanished after 5 seconds. In reality there was no insect at all but a form of hallucination. I am not on any medication nor do I have any health issues or bad habits but I have these episodes at least thrice a month and its been going on since a few years now.

I have a 3.5yrs baby who born with small sac of  meningomyelocoel at lower end of spinal cord. 2 months after his birth he was operated by neurosurgeon. Before and after ooeration he has urine and stool discharge continously. After operation Dr. told that- 1. He might be face a walking or urine/stool problem. 2. During operation he had not touch any nerves. 3. He may be recover from urine or stool problems agar nerve bana hoga. Now he walked well but his urine and stool discharge continously. Kindly suggest all possibilities of recover Means. 1. He will fine or not( problem resolve hoga ya nahi) agar nerve hoga to bhi or nahi hoga to bhi 2. If yes then what will be the solution if medicine then pls prescribe. Any other advice kindly share with me I send a pic of my baby back where the operation was done. Thanks
