Brain and Spine Problems

I have a ear pain since 4 days .. the pain is more when I open my mouth widely or when I yawn.. I consulted ent surgeon he did nasal endoscopy and nothing was serious he said it's a acute sinus. He prescribed augmentin 625 mg and sinarest tablet.. I am under medication since 3 days still the pain is not reduced.. is it something serious?

My mother is feeling headache in left side of her head. She is feeling pain in half of her head. Her BP is SYS -108 and DIA- 69. Please help
