Hi Doctor From past 2-3 weeks I am having a bad headache and my BP remains 80/60 . What should I do?

Hello, I am a type 1 Diabetic and diagnosed with Diabetic neuropathy, I am advised to take TAB. Rejunex CD3 twice a day and tab. Prethos NT twice a day for 3 months. Is the medicine sufficient or should I take anything else? Also Is the dosage correct? Thanks.

Rx Valtec CR 750 BD Levepsy 750 mg BD Cloba 5 mg morning 10 mg HS With precautions like adequate sleep, avoid Quinolone group, metronidazole and tramadol dr. change the medicine reently. after ake these my wife got aleep within 5-10 minute. sleep is like unconsious. till the time she sleep she never responed .. feel thirsty... tired.. even for toilet she not able to go herself. during thie time her body not in her control. constipatiin issue is too much after this medicine.

Post covid I have been having symptoms of insomnia. Cannot sleep till 3 or 4 in the morning. Also have muscle pain in my calf muscles and thighs which starts In the evenings and continues in the night everyday. Is there any medication that can help with the pain. Please guide.

From past one and half month feeling pain and numbness in thumb, index finger and in little finger in the right hand. Initially pain and numbness was less gradually it increased. Now unable to hold any objects /items. Also can't twists (unable to open jar) and feeling weakness in the palm. Please advise.

So wanted to check if I can continue taking below tablets from tomorrow 23rd May Tablets: Gabapin NT 100/10 Symbal 20

My son has 3 yrs old he born with meningimyelocele and operated it when he was 2 month. Dr. told me that time no nurves damaged during operation and may be  he has faced  problem in either walk or urine and stool in future.  Now he has walked well but he has problem with urine and stool. His urine is continuously pass and stool also. So pls advice me medicine to recover. Thanks
