Brain and Spine Problems

I have been experiencing pain on my head for the last 3days and it's hard for me to sleep as when in contact with the pillow it starts to feel pain even after changing position the pain is still there. And this usually starts after a year or a long time. I have hit the back of my head hard on concrete directly back in 2015. I don't know it's because of that.

When I sleep on left side ...my left side of head pains ...again relaxed on change of position...what is the problem and treatment plan...

My sister sometimes  becomes unconscious and tongue out  but become normal after some minutes passed. She has migraine and she is married . She says, she felt her unconsciousness and felt groaning sound but she had no option to do anything that time. She had done MRI, everything is normal . What it could be or sign of?

Hello docs. I took the first dose of covishield vaccine 6 days ago. Recently I have been having mild headaches (sometimes only on the right, sometimes at the back) in the evenings and some sensitivity to light. I do have migraine, but not sure if it is because of that or the vaccine. No other symptoms at the moment. Kindly advice. I am 34 years old female.

Hi doctor, I am 17 years old and I find it very difficult to concentrate. This has a direct impact on my studies and I face it difficult to remember things. I can't remember things as I used to do before. I get distracted very easily. This things started gradually and is getting worst day by day. This started happening almost a year ago. Please advise some exercises and other things which I can practice on daily basis.

MRI Conclusion: • Partial empty sella. • Minimal deviation of infundibular stalk to right. No measurable focal lesion is seen in pituitary.

My mother is 47 years old she has pain near her wrist area basically in the nerve sometimes the pain radiates into the shoulder when she lies down on the bed.is the pain related to nerves.she has pain in the nerve.i have attached the pic where she has pain
