Hello, So the problem I have been facing currently is that I am unable to fall asleep at night, not even a wink. It was initially a behaviour I unluckily developed due to work culture and lockdown made it worse. I always thought I could control it with will. Recently I have been trying very hard to fall asleep but couldn't. Due to which I suffer from daytime drowsiness and lethargy. Any sleep I get is around 7 in the morning to 1. I wake up, eat my lunch and couldn't stay up. I doze off in the afternoon and before I know it's already 5 in the evening. This issue is causing me some serious stress and I just can't overcome it. I have introduced light exercises in my routine but that doesn't help. I have been initially diagnosed with ADHD. Please help 🆘
