Vomiting and fever, head ache after got hit on eyes and head and now evenafter 3 Days it continues What to do

Minute pain like situation on the left back side of the head for a lady of 50 years what is the reason

For the few days i see that when i am in sleepung position to the left side my hea from left side to toe starts paining.why this hapoens

I m having fever from 27 of April, first I tested positive for typhoid then on 6 may I tested covid positive and after that I got negative on 16 may, but my fever not going. I have s spine kyphoscoliosis astrocytoma once operated in 2004 , I m on catheter from last 2 years and less sensitivity on legs I lost power of left leg from last 8-9 months and I lost power of my right leg in this period of covid and I hv wound in left leg knee from last 2 month. I m teking medicine for that. What the reason of fever?

Constant burning sensation in topmost part of skull from 2 days. Mild pain sometimes. Can it be something serious?

I took my first dose of vaccine(covidshield) on sunday 16th may. I am having below side effects since 2nd of vaccine: - tingling and numbness in right hand(vaccine shot was left hand) - a weak heavy feeling in the arms which sometimes feel like right arm is lock iin place.
