Brain and Spine Problems

Moment I go to sleep, a sensation or pain in the feet disturbs the sleep. This is increasing over last 3 years.

Please suggest me cheaper substitute of nootropil 800 for memory and poor focus. Can i use generic medicine? Thank you in advance

Recently 8- 9 years whenever I used to travel for my exam in returning of my journey I used to get headache with vomiting until everything comes out it continues for 3-5 hours and it  also happen whenever I do fasting similar conditions happen at the end of fasting of 12 hours and recently 3-4 years same headache conditions is prevailing without traveling and fasting . It happen to me 4- 6 times per year. Headache location is  above ear on both sides of the head. It's moderate type and it's goes when everything which I had eat 2 - 3 hours comes out and everything become normal. I do have habit of taking stress recently in past few years due to that I used to eat less. In vomiting it take one hours for me to take out everything in that I usually became tired and even loose my body water it feel like he'll for me at that time

Some times due to headache so feeling not well and sleep disorder also create .it's panic pain in brain.

Hi my daughter is 16 years old in past almost 3 years she suffered from epilepsy but she was never feel after medication of 6 months. she was absolutely fine no any problem but in april 2021 she got covid and she fully recovered from covid and we found that suddenly her body giving jurk for a second so what should we need do please suggest.

My father lower body suddenly freezes twice few day back Now he is sleeping all the time... Need assistance is every activity... Only go for urine with assistance but so.etimes not able to control also Not able to eat or swallow... Anyhow if he eat ... Eat very less... Even not drinking water Now have little cough.. not able to spit Very irritable... Not ready to do MRI as suggested by neurologist... Not ready to go to hospital... Not ready to take help from external person He is under home care ... We called nurse for a general treatment and saline His sugar level goes to 300 after little eating What to do... We are trying our best but all in vain.. any suggestions or what must be happening to him
