My vitamin b12 level is 153  (pg/ml) . i have symptoms like nerve problems like left eye twiching, tingling numbness, burning n itching  n tiredness , lite pain on my left part of the body, mild cheat painn nausea and constipation. Is 153 low for 34 yrs old female? which med should i take n when n how long? pls this symptom is making me sick n stress.. help me recover from this..

I have been experiencing pain on my head for the last 3days and it's hard for me to sleep as when in contact with the pillow it starts to feel pain even after changing position the pain is still there. And this usually starts after a year or a long time. I have hit the back of my head hard on concrete directly back in 2015. I don't know it's because of that.

Hello docs. I took the first dose of covishield vaccine 6 days ago. Recently I have been having mild headaches (sometimes only on the right, sometimes at the back) in the evenings and some sensitivity to light. I do have migraine, but not sure if it is because of that or the vaccine. No other symptoms at the moment. Kindly advice. I am 34 years old female.
