Brain and Spine Problems

I have backpain since last 10 yrs,Can anyone explain about my MRI LS spine result? What shoule be avoided?

I have done recently my cervical MRI and found in impression that I have mild posterior disc bulge in c5-6 and c6-7 level indenting the thecal sac. Last 10 month I am suffering a problem that I can not even explain , always feel I am dis balance my mind is not stable, Like vertigo , i feel like i will be faint , feel always uncomfortable, I have visit many doctors, hakeem and ayurvedic but nothing work, I have taken vertin 8-16 and 24 mg but no use. Please guide me

My eyes are flickering alot. I don't have any increase in eye sight. I use reading specs and sometimes my eyes shut for few seconds also. I take Arpizol medicine.

Hi Dr, Since few months i am suffering with balancing problem i have consulted general physician he suggested to get x ray and MRI of spine( images attached taken on jan 2021 ) he told me that mild cervical spondylosis, is that correct? After few days i consulted experienced neurology doctor,he tested physical and shows the CT brain plain and he told me that brain is normal. Next i consulted ENT doctor they done vertigo test and told that Vestibular migrane. Since 6months i am not in any medications, now from 7days my body starts swaying while standing and some what co ordination difficulty, neck muscle stiffness,mild pain near shoulder(Sometimes)and feels leg weakness . Please suggest is this for cervical spondylosis or with vestibular migrane. I checked bp,sugar,vitamin b12 all are normal

Is it possible to overcome the addiction of alcohol with medicine? Which doctor should be consulted? What kind of medicines will help

Everytime I feel Unbalanced , unstable , deziness and blurry vision. I have gone through MRI scan of Brain , report is normal. Kindly suggest accordingly .

My brother is autistic and specially abled person. He started to have seziures from past 5-6 years and the reason can be his too many head injuries. He is having many head bumbs. I have started to give him homeopathic medicines which is helping him to decrease in number of seizures. But still he is getting seizures at least one or twice a week and his left body part muscle twitching 3-4 times a week. This happens only at night or m ostly after waking up in the morning. Please help what should I do?
